What if the spirits of Bill Maher, Sex In The City’s Carrie Bradshaw and the Family Guy character “Stewie” possessed a little girl born to immigrant parents in the City of Chicago? What if the little girl grew to be an even more cynical and sarcastic teenager? Oddly enough, a teenager with a fashion sense that would make Gwen Stefani and Kelis fall in line and salute. What if this girl grew up in today’s ridiculously hyper-media saturated world? Seven Spoon is the fourteen year old daughter of the Spoons. Raised in Uptown, Chicago, this eccentric teen spends much of her time observing the world's hypocrisy and the ‘grown-ups’ that nurture it. Created by the artist, Shala., Seven has grown into the cult phenomenon he nurtured her to be. A bitch far beyond her years, she humorously questions and examines the comedy and madness we tend to call civilized society. Whether you love her or hate her, she’s speaking her mind;… and would probably wonder why you have that much emotion invested in feeling either way.
